Dabbling with deep south Bristol

View towards Dundry from Nover’s Hill

There’s lots of autumn colour out there at the moment, and this walk is one way you can take some of it in. A longer circuit, Walk Seventeen: The Malago, Crox Bottom and Novers Hill follows the Malago river from Bedminster all the way out to Bishopsworth and the edge of Hartcliffe, taking in the peaceful and little-known green spaces of Manor Woods Valley and Crox Bottom, before taking in some interesting views of the city from Novers Hill.

I can also announce the addition of another proposed walk to the list. In a future update, Walk Thirty-Four: Hallen and Avonmouth North will reveal the old country lanes that lie beneath an otherwise industrial area.
